What is Pre-selling?

Pre-selling means you offer decals for sale to your members and fans online. Stickyfan.com prepares the offer on your behalf and sells the decals directly to your members, then pays the fundraiser profits to you.

Does our organization pay for the decals?

No, the organization does not spend any money. There is a cost for the decal, but because Stickyfan.com is paid when your members buy online, we simply keep the cost of the decal and pass along the rest to you as a fundraiser profit.

How do we know the cost of the decal?

You estimate the number of decals you will sell and that determines the cost. Then you set a selling price that provides a fundraiser profit per decal that you want.

Can you give provide an example?

Let's say you have 250 players in your organization and you want to offer 6" decals. You may estimate sales of 100 decals, making your cost per decal $3.25 each. If you set the selling price at $8, you will receive $4.75 for each decal sold. If you end up selling fewer than expected the cost would be slightly higher, but you would still have a healthy profit. If you send up selling more than you expected, the cost would be lower and your profit would be higher.

Who benefits from Pre-selling?

Any organization who wants to offer personalized car decals to their members or fans. Also, any organization that wants to raise fundraiser profits without spending money up front.

How do we know what price to charge?

It's your call, but the most popular prices our customers charge are:
4" decal - $6 or $7
6" decal - $7 or $8
12" decal - $20 or $22

What if I want to sell the decal for no profit and offer our members a low price equal to my cost?

No problem. You can do that, but we recommend that you be conservative in your sales quantity estimate so you are sure to sell enough to meet the quantity estimated. That way, if you sell a few less than expected your cost will not exceed the selling price. Most likely you will make a small profit, but your members still get a great price.

What size of decal is most popular?

Most offers include both 4" and 6" decals. However, the single most popular size is 6".

How is the decal personalized?

Buyers add names and numbers or other personalized messages online during the purchase. Parents or players add the personalization so there are no spelling errors.

What is the cost to personalize the decal?

Only $1. That's the lowest price anywhere for adding personalization to decals.

Do I offer only one decal in the offer?

You can offer one decal or multiple decal styles and sizes. There is no limit to the variety you can offer. In fact, we recommend that you provide your members and fans with a choice of sizes and styles.

How long should the offer run?

It's up to you, but we recommend two or three weeks.

Does Stickyfan.com ship each decal individually?

No. When the offer is complete, we ship all the decals to you. We also provide a list of buyers to make handing out the decals easy.

How long does it take to set up the offer?

If you already have a Graphics Center at Stickyfan.com you can set up an offer in about 10 minutes. We're also happy to set it up for you. If you don't have a Graphics Center yet, send us your logo and we'll set one up for you in about 24 hours.

How do my members learn about the offer?

Four ways:
- Email. We send you an email offer that you forward to members and fans. The email describes the offer and contains links to buy online.
- Facebook. You can post the offer to your school, league or club Facebook page with a single click.
- Twitter. You can send a tweet about the offer with a single click.
- Word of mouth. Be sure and talk about the offer at parents meetings, practices, games, etc.

How much time will I spend managing this offer?

Very little. All you have to do is forward the Offer Email to your members using your own email lists. Posting the offer on Facebook and Twitter takes only seconds. We also recommend that you send reminder emails once per week.

When does Stickyfan.com send us our fundraiser profits?

The fundraiser profits are sent by your choice of check or direct deposit after the offer ends and the last purchase has cleared the bank.

How do I get started with my Pre-sell offer?

It's simple to get started. If you don't have a Graphics Center yet, upload your logo at Stickyfan.com. If you already have a Graphics Center go to the car decal area and select the Pre-sell button on the product you want to offer. Of course you can call or chat and we'll be happy to set it up for you.

Can I return my purchase?

Stickyfan.com products are almost always custom. Therefore, as a general rule we do not accept returns. We have a 100% satisfaction - "Make it right" - guarantee, so if you do experience an issue with your product we will replace it or work with you to make the situation right such that you join the ranks of our happy customers!

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied?
